How do I get My products to you?

There are several options here. One of the most common ways is to ship them directly to our studio via the carrier of your choice. We will return them in the same packing materials, so please pack all items carefully. You can also drop off your products at either of our convenient locations in St. Louis, MO.


Do you return my products to me after they have been photographed?

Return shipping may be done via your FedEx or UPS account, or we can add the return shipping cost into the final invoice at cost. If you do not need your products back, please let us know.

What is your turn-around time?

Turn-around time is 3-5 business days from the day your products and first payment are received. If you need to use our rush service (1-3 business days) please contact us at tu@tusquare.com for more details, or see prices section of the site as well.

 

Will I be able to see my images before the final delivery?

Yes!  We will upload your images to a password-protected gallery for you and your company to view and approve before finalizing the images and final payment is made. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

 

How will my Final Images be delivered?

That is up to you! We offer many options. You may download them directly from your image gallery (studio watermark will be removed once full payment has cleared). You may also receive your images loaded to a USB drive, or burned to a CD and sent directly to you.

 

What are your methods of payment?

Currently we accept PayPal or cashiers check, or company check written to "Tu Square Studio". You may also pay via Credit Card though PayPal.

 

Can My products be photographed on another color besides white?

Of Course! Although, we do recommend using white as your background, most other colors are available for a small additional charge (see Pricing).

 

Some of my products must be assembled. Can I have you do this?

No Problem! Our Product Assembly fee is charged in 1/4 hour at $40/hour. This would cover items such as putting together gift baskets or other products that incorporate several items or need assembling.
